Graduate School Overview

For more than 50 years, Saint Joseph College's (SJC) School of Graduate and Professional Studies has served the needs of adult men and women looking to further their careers through graduate education. Students come from throughout Connecticut to participate in the on-campus graduate and certificate programs; students from around the world enroll in the online programs. Encompassing the sciences, humanities, education, health sciences and more, SJC Graduate and Professional Studies inspire innovative leadership and instill professional excellence. Full-time, part-time, and online programs are available. Support services include faculty mentorship, career counseling and clinical placements.

SJC was ranked by U.S. News & World Report in the Top Tier of Best Master's Colleges in the North  SJC is opening a new School of Pharmacy in 2010, which will offer the College's first doctoral degree: Pharm D  SJC is regionally recognized for its graduate programs in Education, Biology and Nursing  SJC is only one of 14 women's colleges in the U.S. accredited by the American Chemical Society
